Shawmut Property Management Closing and Re-Sale Department
Shawmut Property Management provides closing and re-sale documentation to interested parties at a fee. The associations we manage do not pay us directly for our time involved with a closing. Shawmut Property Management is not legally or contractually obligated to provide closing documentation and reserves the right to deny services for any reason.
All transactions must be completed with a credit card - checks, cash and money orders will not be accepted.
All transactions are completed on Fridays, when the Friday is not a major holiday. If you closing is scheduled to occur before the next Friday, you must order an expedited form. You can do this by purchasing the required document(s) and then purchasing the expedite fee.
When purchasing any form, you must indicate what property and unit in the comment area.
If you are purchasing a condominium questionaire - be advised that Shawmut Property Management does not fill out individual bank forms. We supply a standard form. By purchasing a condominium questionaire you agree to recieve the standard form for the stated fee, additionally you agree that Shawmut Property Management will not supply an individual bank form.
