Staff Education

All of our staff members enroll in training through Community Associations Institute (CAI) and IREM. As a company, our philosophy is to continually involve our staff in on-going education relative to property management.

In addition, our maintenance staff members attend required educational classes to maintain builders licenses, certified pool operators license and other critical designations.

Our office staff members attend training on our proprietary management software and attend CAI classes as well. We believe strongly in continuing education and we feel this commitment directly translates to a better management product.
