Principal Owners and Key StaffAndrew N. Raynor – President
Andrew has extensive experience in land development and housing development. Andrew is a member of the NHLA (New Hampshire Landlord Association) and has first hand knowledge of Real Estate operations gained through portfolio management. Andrew is a licensed Real Estate agent and a member of CIBOR (Commercial/Investment Board of Realtors)
Andrew also has extensive experience in housing placement for NHHUD and the State of New Hampshire, having worked for non-profit placement assistance.
Matthew B. Dykeman – Executive Vice President
Matt has more than 20 years experience in broad based property management. He has a CMCA and AMS from Community Association Institute. Matthew has significant experience in capital project oversight, in 2007 Matthew oversaw over 1 million in capital renovations.
As a property manager Matt’s focus has been on building strong and lasting community relationships, hands on maintenance and strict fiscal discipline.
